One of the essential conditions of existence for any organization is profitability. It’s possible to increase profit without increasing prices for goods and services produced by organization – by means of cutting costs. Automation of manual labor results in increasing labor productivity, cutting document processing costs, as well as decreasing a number of errors, caused by notorious «human factor».

However, automation of organization makes additional software and supporting infrastructure expenses, and the higher is automation level the higher are infrastructure expenses. In that case cloud data access model might be useful. This model allows us to make distinction between applications and services and supporting infrastructure. So having no need of supporting infrastructure allows us not only cut our expenses, but also make organization more dynamic and adapt it to market changes faster. Cloud computing technologies might be especially of interest to those organizations, whose employees are geographically separated, because these technologies allow access to any information resources from any place and any time.

Cloud computing technologies are criticized. Main arguments of critics are insufficient data security, insufficient IT personnel experience. However, we have used a cloud service in organization management for five years – and these technologies really work! In this presentation we answer your questions concerning using cloud service for project management, client and personnel relationship management. We will also tell if it is possible to put a cloud service to use for just one day without additional expenses and how a cloud service affects working efficiency.
