Adoption of cloud computing technologies for automation of large-scale organization

Automation of The All-Russia public organization [Organization name] is a unique example of centralized large-scale automation that meets the needs of organization and every employee and increases efficiency of external communications. Automation of large-scale organization is attended with some difficulties that in the first place are training of personnel for using open data systems and implanting proper data processing approach to employees. Data needed for preparing summary data reports are entered into the system at local organization units. On the ground of our strong collaboration experience with some large-scale organizations, such as “Russian Railways”, “Gazprom” OJSC, “Olympstroy” state cooperative etc., we assert that the most efficient system in the case like that is cloud computing system as the number of students in student teams exceeds 200,000, and organization activity is largely based on remote working.

Automation of business processes offers a lot of prospects. In addition to cutting IT infrastructure costs to 70 to 80 percent, cloud computing technologies bring a number of advantages that are discussed in the presentation:

  1. Entering data to the system at local organization units and building of summary reports at the central organization,
  2. Building communicative links, exchange of experience and creative collaborations,
  3. Ability to use unified knowledge base available to all employees,
  4. Collaboration at unified information space, communication and exchange of information of any kind: textual, graphics, audio and video,
  5. Ability to offer information services to partners,
  6. Remote training system,
  7. Maintaining single orders and students database,
  8. Getting reliable statistical data

etc.
