Experience of replacement of COBIT in the course of IT department transformation

Article is devoted to the organization of design office of IT department. In article typical problems of work of IT of division of the enterprise are considered, the view of heads of business divisions of the IT ideal service is given. The big place in work is given to the description of transformation of work of IT Department; the question of training of the personnel, motivation of workers, the organizations of work of employees, control and planning of design resources is consistently considered. Results of the carried-out transformations are given. Article contains practical recommendations for the most effective transformation of work of IT of service of the enterprise.

Vladimir Aleksandrovich Ogloblin is an expert in IT management. In the past he headed IT Departments in a few large Russian companies and IT committee of the government of the Irkutsk region. Nominee of «IT Leader 2010» award. Now he heads Outsorsing Group Company, Ltd who develops software for private and public companies.

His teaching experience includes course of information technologies at the Department of Informatics and Cybernetics in Baikal State University of Economics and Law. At present he is a lecturer at the Siberian-American Department of Irkutsk State University.

    В COBIT4.1 есть PO 10 Управление проектами, зачем делать “replacement of COBIT”, если можно развивать сам процесс и его практики, и стремиться к 5 уровню модели зрелости?
    Я за эволюцию вместо революции.
