Conference and Courses Refund Policy

To cancel your conference registration, please send a message to .

If you cancel before October 17th, you will be refunded full amount but

• 5.5% of the total in case of bank transfer payment
• 6.5% of the total in case of credit card payment

If you cancel company-paid registration made with bank transfer, we will need official refund request. Appropriate amount will be reimbursed to the account it came from originally.

If you cancel credit card paid registration, appropriate amount will be reimbursed on the card you paid us with.

There are no other refund options.

If you cancel after October 17th 2012 there is no refund.
